About Mary Anne Vaccaro
Mary Anne Vaccaro is an award winning, internationally recognized clothing designer and stylist. She has designed and created everything from christening gowns for babies to Coronation Ball gowns. Her clients were SOCIALLY PROMINENT WOMEN, PROFESSIONALS and CELEBRITIES who cared about a quality image.
Mary Anne has been recognized in Town & Country Magazine, Brides, Marie Claire, and Metropolitan Woman. The Durham Museum honored the artistry of her designs with an exhibit of her gowns in 2009. The University of Nebraska did retrospective shows of her work in 2000 and 2016. Other Midwest and East Coast galleries have also exhibited her work. She costumed the opera Don Giovanni for Keith Warner, the Director of London’s Royal Opera.
In the 1980s she became known as the first designer to create bridal and bridesmaids separates for Bill Levkoff, New York. In the early 90s she sold her designs nationally…
